Description

Noppon Saengkham became the first player to make a 147 in the new Saudi Arabia Snooker Masters - and is in line to earn a bumper £50,000 bonus.
Saengkham's perfect break came in the opening frame of his third round match against Amir Sarkhosh, which he won 4-1 in Riyadh. It's the third 147 of his career and he has made the last two official maximums, having compiled another in the World Championship qualifiers at the end of last season.
The 32-year-old Thai is in line to win the £50,000 prize for a 147 in this event, which would be the highest pay-day of his career. If another player equals the break, the prize will be shared.
