Description

The Home Credit Arena in Liberec welcomes the return of OKTAGON MMA for the first time in three years for a historic championship clash. The primary challenge for the undefeated bantamweight queen, Lucia "Silent Killer" Szabová, is her drop to the 125lb division as she attempts to become the first female double-champion in the promotion's history. The objective for the Brazilian challenger, Leidiane Fernandes, is to utilize her explosive finishing power and professional experience to play spoiler in Szabová's pursuit of a second belt.

Strategically, the goal of this flyweight title main event is to determine if Szabová can maintain her relentless grappling pressure and cardio at a lower weight class. The tactical focus for Fernandes is to exploit the "Silent Killer's" striking defense early, while Szabová aims to dominate the clinch and transition the fight to the canvas. With the inaugural OKTAGON Flyweight Championship on the line, the ultimate goal for the champion is to solidify her status as the pound-for-pound greatest female fighter in Europe.
