Description

Nicolo Bulega won Race 2 at the 2026 Pirelli Spanish Round at the Circuito de Jerez-Ángel Nieto, completing a perfect weekend hat-trick in the final event of the season. Riding a special heritage silver livery for Aruba.it Racing - Ducati, Bulega led home his teammate Iker Lecuona to secure a dominant Ducati 1-2 finish. With this victory, Bulega tied motorcycling legend Troy Bayliss on 52 career WorldSBK wins.
The race was complicated by late rainfall in the final five laps. Álvaro Bautista held third place for most of the distance but was overtaken on the final lap by British rider Sam Lowes, who snatched the final podium spot due to superior rear grip in the damp conditions.
