Description

The BMW Japan Golf Tour Championship Mori Building Cup is one of the four major championships on the Japan Golf Tour. The 2026 edition took place from June 4 to June 7, 2026, and was won by Hiroshi Iwata in a playoff.
As a major championship on the Japan Golf Tour Organization (JGTO), winning the event provides exemptions and perks beyond the prize money. Historically, the winner receives a multi-year exemption on the Japan Golf Tour and an invitation to DP World Tour co-sanctioned events like the BMW International Open.
