Description

The final round at the historic Royal Hua Hin Golf Course brings the Asian Development Tour (ADT) season opener in Thailand to a close. The primary challenge for the leaders is navigating the "nerve-jangling" closing stretch of Thailand's oldest layout, where the narrow fairways and small, elevated greens leave no margin for error. The objective for the frontrunners is to maintain their composure amidst the unique "old-school" hazards and the pressure of a ฿3,000,000 prize purse.

Strategically, the final 18 holes are a test of precision and mental fortitude. The goal for the field is to survive the "mountain-facing" back nine, where swirling afternoon winds often dictate club selection on the critical par-3s. The tactical focus for the chasing pack is to remain aggressive on the reachable par-5s to apply early pressure on the lead group. With valuable Order of Merit points at stake in the race for Asian Tour cards, the ultimate objective for the contenders is to master the firm Bermuda surfaces and avoid the penalizing slopes that have defined the scoring all week.
