Description

Audrey Werro returns to Lausanne as the home favourite and one of the dominant forces of the 2026 season, facing another major test from Femke Broeders-Bol in a packed Athletissima field. With Werro targeting an aggressive opening lap and the two rivals separated by very little at their best, the women’s 800 metres has all the ingredients for one of the most intense races of the evening in front of a sold-out Swiss crowd.
