Description

Aaron Busuttil (born 5 September 1991) is an amateur Maltese snooker player who made history in September 2026 by becoming the first player from Malta to win a WPBSA Q Tour event.
Following his victory, Busuttil accumulated 10,000 ranking points, moving him into second place on the European Q Tour ranking list, just behind England's Sanderson Lam. His ultimate goal is to secure the number one spot by the end of the seven-event series in February 2027, which guarantees an automatic two-year professional tour card on the main World Snooker Tour. His success has drawn local comparisons to Maltese snooker legends Tony Drago and Alex Borg.
